What can we expect in terms of photo delivery and quality?

We prioritize high-impact coverage over sheer volume. While our team captures thousands of frames to ensure every key moment is documented, we typically on average provide a curated final gallery of about 50-100 professionally edited images per each hour of shooting. While this is not “guaranteed”, it is a typical result and expectation for well-attended dynamic event with lots of action.

How are the final assets delivered?

We utilize secure delivery via cloud services and digital galleries. This allows your team to view, download, and share high-resolution assets instantly across your organization. For multi-day conferences or national tours, we can coordinate “daily highlights” for real-time social media and press release use if needed.

Are you fully insured?

Absolutely. Dro Photo & Video carries a comprehensive $2M commercial liability policy. We are highly experienced in meeting the strict COI requirements of major convention centers and luxury hotels nationwide. Simply provide your venue’s requirements, and our team will issue a certificate naming them as additionally insured. 

What sets Dro Photo & Video apart from other corporate event photographers?

The “Dro” difference is our fusion of photojournalistic speed and high-end production standards. Because we specialize exclusively in corporate environments, we understand the pace of a 3-day conference. We provide a “lead-agency” experience, meaning if we cover your event in Miami this month and Chicago later in the year, your brand imagery remains perfectly consistent.

Do you offer video production and other specialized services?

Yes. We offer a full suite of integrated visual solutions, including 4K-Quality Event Highlights, Brand Activation recaps, and Executive Headshots with a mobile studio setup. Many of our clients prefer to have us handle both photo and video simultaneously to ensure a streamlined workflow and unified creative direction.

Do you travel, or do you hire freelancers in other cities?

We are a travel-ready team. To maintain the quality and visual consistency our clients expect, our primary crew and/or crew lead on-site will be either our lead photographer David Rosario, or would be someone from our direct staff. Any freelancer or subcontractor that is hired, is directly supervised and given creative direction on-site by David or by one of our direct staff. This approach allows you to get the same trusted team and the same reliable results, no matter where your event takes place. We offer flat-rate packages that eliminate the guesswork, making it as easy to book us in Chicago or Las Vegas as it is in Miami. 

What do you need from the event planning side to ensure the best possible coverage?

The most successful partnerships start with clear objectives. We recommend sharing your ‘run-of-show’ and a shot list of key ‘must-have’ moments such as specific VIPs, branding activations, or networking highlights – early in the process. This allows us to strategize the best angles and lighting for your specific venue. Whether your goal is high-energy social media content or polished assets for an annual report, knowing your ‘why’ helps us capture the maximum ROI for your event.
